The challenge
The existing site was built but never deployed - the design didn't reflect the quality of the work or the shop's personality. Mobile experience was poor, and first-time visitors had no clear path to booking an appointment.
Our approach
Full UI/UX revamp using the Bright Editorial design system - cream backgrounds, Playfair Display headlines, a prominent booking CTA visible above the fold on mobile, a work gallery showcasing cuts by style, and opening hours surfaced immediately.
