The concept stage is a paid design step at the start of every project. For £150, we design your homepage and one interior page so you can see exactly what your site will look like before the full build begins. If you decide to proceed, the £150 is credited toward your build cost. If you decide not to proceed, it's refunded in full.

Yes - fully. You own the code, the domain, and the hosting. There is no platform lock-in and no proprietary system that keeps you tied to us. If you ever want to move on, you take the whole site with you.

No. Care Plans and Local SEO retainers are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with 30 days' notice. We keep clients because the work delivers results, not because they're contractually locked in.

Design & Build projects start from £1,500. Most projects for independent businesses land between £2,000 and £4,000 depending on scope - a discovery call will give you a fixed quote before any commitment. All prices are ex VAT.

A standard Design & Build project takes 4-8 weeks from kickoff to launch. The biggest variable is how quickly content can be provided. We'll give you a clear timeline in the proposal.
